Our Client Process

Choosing a financial advisor is a big decision. That’s why our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and pressure-free. From our first conversation to your personalized plan, we guide you step by step so you know exactly how we can help.

Best of all, there is no cost or obligation for going through our process. You’ll have the clarity you need before making any commitments.

Step 1- Initial Call

Before committing your time or ours, this 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise.

Step 2- First Meeting

We’ll meet to learn about your goals, walk through your current financial picture, and calculate your Financial Independence Number, the amount you’ll need to reach freedom and security. This is all about building trust and setting a clear target together.

Step 3- Prepare Your Plan

Behind the scenes, we put together a personalized financial plan based on what matters most to you. No cookie-cutter templates, just a strategy tailored to your goals.

Step 4- Second Meeting

In this meeting, we’ll clearly explain what steps are needed to reach your financial goals.

You’ll see, in real dollars, how our firm can strengthen your finances.

At the end, we’ll simply ask if you’d like to move forward with us or take some time to think it over.

Step 5- Staying On Track

We believe in building a lifetime relationship with clients and we do that by building a personalized client experience. We want clients to be comfortable to call us at any time, but we also know they live busy lives. We create a regular follow-up plan to discuss where their needs currently are, and what has changed, is changing or soon to change.
